At MetricPilot, we want you to be fully satisfied with our app.
Free Trial
All new users are eligible for a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Subscription Billing
After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew at $29/month unless you uninstall the app before the end of the trial.
Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at metricpilot.app@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. Once uninstalled, future billing stops immediately.
